Does my athlete need lifting experience?
No. Athletes are coached progressively based on age, maturity, and experience level.
What ages do you work with?
Most athletes are middle school and high school age, though some younger athletes may qualify depending on readiness.
How large are the groups?
Groups are intentionally kept small so athletes receive actual coaching and movement feedback. Our coach-to-athlete ratio max is 1 coach to 8 athletes.
Is this year-round training?
Some athletes train year-round while others participate seasonally depending on their sports schedules and goals.
Why are your prices higher than some other programs?
Kvell is built around coaching quality and small-group attention.
Athletes are taught proper mechanics, movement skills, strength development, and athletic habits in a structured environment designed for long-term progress — not just high-volume conditioning. We keep our coach-to-athlete ratio low to ensure athletes are getting properly coached.
Can my athlete try a session first?
Yes. We offer free trial sessions for new athletes.
